Emsella
for men & women

What Emsella is:

Emsella is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive electromagnetic pelvic floor therapy used to treat:
   •    Urinary incontinence (stress, urge, mixed)
   •    Urinary frequency and urgency
   •    Pelvic floor muscle weakness or relaxation
   •    Sexual wellness concerns for both men and women

It uses HIFEM® technology to generate powerful pelvic contractions—equivalent to 11,000 Kegels — in a single 28-minute session while the patient remains fully clothed and seated.

A full treatment course includes six weekly 28-minute sessions.

How it Feels

How the Treatment Feels

Patients describe the sensation as:
   •    Gentle, rhythmic tapping or pulsing on the perineum
   •    No discomfort
   •    No internal exam or probes
   •    No need to remove clothing

They can scroll their phone, read, or relax during treatment. It’s simple, discreet, and extremely effective.

Clinical Research

Clinical Research

Studies published in Neurourology and Urodynamics and other peer-reviewed journals show:
   •    95% of women report improved quality of life
   •    Up to 75% reduction in pads after a treatment series
   •    Significant improvement in pelvic floor strength and bladder control

For men, research demonstrates benefits for:
   •    Urinary leakage
   •    Urinary urgency and frequency
   •    Post-prostate surgery symptoms
   •    Erectile function, sexual performance, and pelvic stability

This is a huge opportunity because men rarely seek pelvic floor treatment, even though symptoms are incredibly common.
